Does this coverage include countries labeled to be dangerous for tourists? I am planning to go to Mumbai, but I want to at least be insured before I do so.

It depends on where you buy the insurance from. Some insurance firms only offer coverage for visitors to their country, while others do cover outbound trips.

It is disappointing how some employers would not provide complete benefits to their road employees. I do hope the labor department would investigate on this matter.

That's always the case with small businesses. Travel and medical insurance won't cover most of their risks. I think it'll be a good idea to try your services.

Small businesses, since they have yet to be 'secured', are scared of spending money over insurance. It is understandable but you are seriously putting your employee's life at risk.
