TIS Traveler Adventures: Mongolia

We at USI Travel Insurance Services love hearing from our travelers! Adventurer Deanne D. purchased a travel insurance policy from us to protect her trip to Mongolia. Upon returning, she sent her TIS representative Angel some fantastic photos from her trip! See her note and the photos below:

“Hi Angel,
Here’s a photo of me on a camel in the Gobi Desert, as I promised.

Thanks for your help with trip insurance. We had a great trip and I’m glad to say we didn’t need to use the insurance, but I’m very glad I had it.
Here are a few more photos from the trip:

The head horseman’s wife milking the yaks for our morning milk and butter. My daughter and I got to pet some baby yaks; they were very cute and fuzzy.

Our group heading out on our horses near Mandal Mountain.

Rainbow after a windy thunderstorm at our camping area near Mandal Mtn.

Sunset at our main Lapis Sky ger (yurt) camp.

We had a great group of travelers and the National Geographic trip had wonderful cultural events as well as amazing scenery and seasoned leaders.

Thanks again for your help.

 - Deanne D.”

Thank you, Deanne! We are glad Deanne did not need to use her travel insurance policy this time, but she made sure that her financial investment in this Mongolian adventure was protected just in case something did happen. Next time you travel, work with USI Travel Insurance Services to protect your trip from the unexpected, such as cancellations, delays, interruptions and even emergency medical care. We’ll always have your back!
